Idea 1 – Listening Ears
In Ephesians God tells us the best way to live as happy families under Him. We are all different and each have a different role or place in our family.
As husbands and wives, mums and dads and children, we all need to listen to Him and do as He says.
In this way we can be obedient to the Lord – pleasing Him with the way we live and showing love to everyone in our family.
Print the pairs of ears on page 2 of the printable sheet – you’ll need one pair of ears for each member of your family. Carefully colour and cut out your ears. Make a band of paper or card to fit around your head and attach your ears each side. All put your ears on ………. are you ready to listen?

Idea 2 – Balloon Game
Blow up 6 party balloons and use a permanent marker pen to draw a family member on each balloon. Now write the Bible reference that matches with that person and you could also write the first word of the verse, as a prompt.
Idea 1 for over 11s
Idea 2 for over 11s
3. Write each person’s role according to Ephesians.
4. For each person, write a prayer of thanks and a prayer request.
